Inkling is made by Ugleh Makes Stuff. On your Android device, it appears as Pocket Sketch (package com.ugleh.pocketsketch). This policy covers that app and the Inkling website.

What the app collects

The current app does not collect or transmit personal data to Ugleh Makes Stuff. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking SDKs, or developer-operated crash reporting. It does not request Internet, camera, microphone, contacts, or location access.

Drawings, presets, and motion

Your drawings, imported images, presets, and preferences are stored in the app's private storage on your device. Motion-sensor readings are processed on your device to detect a pickup direction and speed; the app does not keep a history of those readings or send them to us. No automatic Android cloud backup is enabled by the app.

Files you choose to import or export

Android's system file picker lets you select an image or preset backup to import, or a destination for an export. Imported content is copied into app storage. Exports go only to the destination you choose, which may be a cloud storage provider. That provider's privacy terms apply to its handling of your files. We do not receive these files through the app.

Deletion and retention

You can clear drawings, delete presets, or clear the app's storage through Android Settings. Uninstalling the app removes its private local data. Exported files remain wherever you saved them until you delete them there. We cannot recover drawings that have been deleted from your device.

If you contact support

If you email im@ugleh.com, we receive your email address and whatever information or attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond and resolve your request. Email is handled by our email provider. Support correspondence is retained while needed to handle your request and relevant follow-up; you may request deletion by email, subject to any required legal retention. Please avoid sending sensitive material that is not needed for support.

This website

The supplied Inkling pages do not set cookies, use local storage, include analytics, or load third-party fonts, scripts, or embedded videos. The web host may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, and time, to serve and protect the site. Hosting-level logs are separate from app data and depend on the host's configuration. Links to Google Play and email services take you to services governed by their own policies.

Children

Inkling is a performance tool for magicians and mentalists and is not specifically directed to children under 13. The app does not collect personal information from users. If you believe a child has sent personal information through support, contact us so we can address it.

Advertising and future changes

The current version is free, has no ads, and has no paid features. If a later version introduces advertising or changes how information is handled, we will update this policy and the relevant store disclosures before those changes take effect, and obtain consent where required. This policy does not authorize data collection by a future advertising service.
